Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Larko (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Larko is a workforce management platform designed for service businesses. The Service includes employee time tracking via mobile apps and web panel, automated payroll calculation with bonus and deduction support, client relationship management (CRM), order and task assignment, and financial reporting with PDF invoice generation. The Service is provided via the web application at app.larko.ai, messenger integrations, and our iOS and Android applications.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately at support@larko.ai of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for more than 12 months.
4. Plans and Pricing
Larko offers a Free plan for teams of up to 5 members and a paid Pro plan with additional features. Pricing details are available at larko.ai/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days prior notice. Existing paid subscriptions will be honored at their current rate until the end of the billing period. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
5. Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to the Service ('Your Data'). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide the Service. We will not access, use, or share Your Data except as necessary to operate the Service, provide support, or comply with legal obligations. You can export Your Data at any time using the built-in export functionality.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; impersonate any person or entity; use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding Your Data), is the intellectual property of DriveCode and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent. The Larko name and logo are trademarks of DriveCode.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larko and DriveCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain Your Data for 30 days after termination to allow you to export it, after which it will be permanently deleted.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
